In 3 of the last 4 years, the number one candidate in Cottage Grove has not gotten a seat on the School Board.
In 2007, Nancy Allen was #1 in Cottage Grove, but not elected.
In 2009, Mike DuPlayee was #1 in Cottage Grove, but not elected.
In 2010, Jennifer Pickel was #1 in Cottage Grove, but not elected.
In all 4 years, the number one candidate in Monona has gotten a seat on the School Board.
